Tank telemetry + RFID release

Tank telemetry that sees every liter.

Track level in real time, release fueling by RFID card, and know the instant fuel leaves outside the normal flow — using the sensor already on your tank.

  • Live in Brazil and Japan
  • Real time over WebSocket
  • Offline-resilient
Compatibility

Works with the sensor you already have.

No proprietary hardware locking you in. The DP Core Board reader speaks the industry-standard sensors — and any 4–20 mA probe is on the list.

  • Standard resistive float

The common tank float on a resistive divider. Zero retrofit.

  • Hydrostatic probe 4–20 mA

Bottom pressure turned into a stable level reading.

  • Radar 4–20 mA

Non-contact measurement for aggressive products or foam.

  • Any 4–20 mA sensor

Ultrasonic, pressure, capacitive — the industry current loop.

  • Dual float

Two floats on the same long tank, measured together.

  • PT100 — product temperature

Immersed probe reading the actual fuel temperature.

One reader, many sensors. Pick the mode at setup — no board swap.

Precision

Point-by-point calibration for any tank shape.

In a horizontal cylinder, a dished bottom or an odd shape, level does not turn into liters linearly. You measure real liters at several points and TankFlow fits the curve — true accuracy without an expensive sensor.

  1. 1Strap against the pump: enter the level and the real liters at each point.
  2. 2The platform builds the level → liters curve and recomputes all history.
  3. 3The same curve is pushed to the reader: display, cutoffs and limits stay coherent.

Security

Fuel went missing? You know right away.

TankFlow detects product coming in and going out from the telemetry itself — with no one keying anything in. A withdrawal outside the normal flow becomes an alert and an audit record.

Unaccounted loss

A level drop with no RFID fueling — possible theft or leak — detected, logged and classified.

Automatic refill

Product coming in is born from the rising level, with volume and invoice reconciliation.

Runout forecast

Days left to the minimum level — refill before you run dry.

Reports

From sensor to decision, with exportable data.

Reports ready for audit and for management — on screen, by scheduled email, in CSV and PDF.

Stock reconciliation

Opening + inflows − outflows = expected, compared to the real level. Variance in liters and %.

CSVPDF

Consumption & forecast

Consumption by mass balance, daily rate and days to minimum.

CSVPDF

Fueling

By operator, card, vehicle or client, with approximate volume.

CSVPDF

Movements

The tank's full timeline, exportable by date range in CSV and PDF.

Setup

Live in minutes, not in a construction job.

The reader reuses the existing sensor and starts streaming as soon as it is provisioned. No server, no new network wiring.

  1. 1

    Connect to the tank sensor

Wire the reader to the resistive float or any 4–20 mA probe already in place.

  2. 2

    Power up and join WiFi

Plug it in and connect. The device opens its own setup portal.

  3. 3

    Provision by QR

Scan the QR in the panel and telemetry starts flowing. Calibration and RFID in the browser.

The platform

Everything the tank needs, in one panel.

Real-time dashboard

Level, liters and temperature live, no page reload.

RFID release

Energizes the pump by card, with time rules and daily limits.

Automatic detection

Refill and unaccounted loss are born from the telemetry.

Runout forecast

Refill before you run dry, based on real consumption.

Product temperature

Immersed PT100, with range alerts and future temperature correction.

Maintenance mode

Silences alerts while you work on the sensors.

Reports & scheduling

Reconciliation, consumption and movements — by email, CSV and PDF.

Multi-client & multi-language

Many clients and tanks per account, in PT, EN and JA.

Offline resilience

Persistent queue and whitelist on the device: network drops, fueling goes on.

Remote management

Calibration, commands and firmware updates from the panel.
